Tasty Tuesday – The Allure of Ice — 7 Comments

  1. I love ice cream and yet ice cream doesn\’t seem to love me. Best alternative I ever had was when my mom made soy strawberry ice cream one year. This I will have to give a try though! Soon. While it\’s still hot as Hades outside.

  2. I actually still eat this even when it\’s farking cold outside. I just love ice cream. But in all seriousness, the yogurt\’s good for your tum, so if you have issues that way (I do), then it doubles as medicine. Sweet, no? Use local honey and poof! It\’s an allergy remedy, too.

  3. LOL LOL! Love this blog post. You nut. But I mean that in a good way.

Going to try this recipe, it sounds delicious!

We don\’t have any Trader Joe\’s up here, but we do have the ingredients, we\’re not that backward. LOL

  4. Hazelnut? Brazilnut? Cashew? Come on now, you\’ve got to be precise. ~stamps foot~

You\’ll have to tell me how it turns out for you! And I didn\’t think you were backward at all, silly. I just love Trader Joe\’s.

Apropos of that, I actually bought a yogurt maker at a garage sale, but have been too nervous to try it out. Not sure why, but the idea of curdling milk to get the yogurt squicks me, but eating store-bought stuff doesn\’t. Dunno. 🙂

    Happy TT!

  5. Yes. Yummy. I love all these things. But you two had to go and mention nuts, didn\’t you? Now I\’m not going to be satisfied until i add some of Selena\’s sweet, salty, spicy nut mixture to the top of this. *sigh*
